SITE SURVEY 2   Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment

This should be undertaken after the Desk Top Study and Site Survey 1 investigations have been completed, as it is those initial assessments that will detail exactly what will be undertaken during the Site Survey 2.

The work will include

• Review of previous assessments
• Discussions with both the Environment Agency and the Local Authority Contaminated Land Officer
• Organisation of BDA registered drilling team
• Commissioning of UKAS accredited testing laboratory
• Reporting to UK Government risk assessment specifications

Monitoring, a remediation strategy and a validation report may need to be part of this assessment.
